We are looking for a results-driven professional with a background in sales to help us expand our market footprint.
This is a fully remote, commission-based contract position. As an Independent Sales Representative, you will leverage your HR expertise to identify potential clients, showcase the value of the Canvider, and drive platform adoption. You have the freedom to set your own schedule and work from anywhere in the world.
Market Research: Identify companies currently using legacy ATS tools or those in need of a modern, AI-driven hiring solution.
Outreach & Prospecting: Proactively contact HR leaders and decision-makers to introduce Canvider.
Lead Generation: Schedule and facilitate product demos or close direct sales agreements.
Reporting: Maintain regular communication with the founding team regarding your pipeline, including the number of leads contacted, demos scheduled, and deals finalized.
Sales Acumen: Strong networking, negotiation, and communication skills.
Entrepreneurial Mindset: Ability to work independently with a high level of self-motivation.
HR Expertise: Proven experience working within an HR department.
ATS Proficiency: Deep understanding of Application Tracking Systems; you know the pain points of current tools and how to solve them.
Commission-Based: Earn a competitive share for every client you bring on board (specific percentages to be discussed during the interview).
