About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Data Science Manager to lead our data science team. This is a fully remote position based in Vienna, Austria. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data science, machine learning, and statistical analysis, combined with proven leadership and project management skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of data scientists to deliver high-impact data-driven solutions.
• Oversee the design, development, and deployment of machine learning models and statistical analyses.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and translate them into data science projects.
• Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure successful execution.
• Drive innovation in data visualization and reporting to communicate insights effectively.
• Ensure best practices in coding, data management, and model validation using Python and R.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Extensive experience in Data Science and Machine Learning methodologies.
• Strong proficiency in Python and R programming languages.
• Expertise in Statistical Analysis and Data Visualization techniques.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with experience managing and developing teams.

Compensation

Salary Range: €7,000 - €11,000 per month
