About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and knowledgeable Digital Media Attorney to join our team in Warsaw. This role requires a legal professional with expertise in digital media law, including contract drafting, GDPR compliance, and intellectual property rights related to copyright and trademark law. The successful candidate will provide legal guidance to support our digital media operations and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts related to digital media projects and partnerships.
• Advise on GDPR compliance and data privacy issues impacting digital media activities.
• Provide legal counsel on copyright and trademark matters to protect company assets.
• Stay updated on legal developments in digital media and intellectual property law.
• Collaborate with internal teams to mitigate legal risks and ensure regulatory compliance.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong legal expertise in digital media law.
• Proven experience in contract drafting and negotiation.
• In-depth knowledge of GDPR compliance requirements.

Salary

The salary range for this position is 15,000 to 25,000 PLN per month, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
