About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Welder (Kaynakçı) based in İzmir. In this role, you will be responsible for interpreting technical drawings, performing high-precision welding operations across various techniques, and upholding rigorous safety and quality standards. This is a full-time position offering a competitive monthly salary ranging from 28,000 TRY to 45,000 TRY.

Key Responsibilities

• Read and accurately interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and welding symbols to execute fabrication tasks according to specifications.
• Perform high-quality MIG, TIG, and Arc welding on various metals and structural components.
• Carry out metal fabrication tasks, including measuring, cutting, assembling, and preparing raw materials.
• Conduct thorough visual inspections and quality control checks to identify defects, cracks, or dimensional inaccuracies in finished welds.
• Maintain all welding tools, machinery, and equipment in optimal working condition.
• Adhere strictly to workplace occupational health, safety compliance guidelines, and environmental standards at all times.

Required Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience as a Welder (Kaynakçı) with hands-on expertise in MIG, TIG, and Arc welding processes.
• Proven ability in blueprint reading and metal fabrication.
• Solid understanding of quality control procedures and structural tolerances.
• Strong commitment to workplace safety compliance and proper PPE usage.
• Strong attention to detail, precision, and problem-solving capability.
• Vocational school diploma, relevant technical certificate (e.g., MYK / Mesleki Yeterlilik Belgesi), or equivalent practical experience is preferred.
