Job Description

Senior Data Scientist

Location: Wrocław, Poland (Remote)

Work Type: Full Time

Compensation: 24,000 – 38,000 PLN / month

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and forward-thinking Senior Data Scientist to lead the design, development, and deployment of modern machine learning systems and next-generation Agentic AI platforms. In this role, you will bridge the gap between advanced research and production-grade software engineering, translating complex business challenges into scalable, intelligent data solutions.

Working fully remotely from Poland, you will partner closely with cross-functional engineering, architecture, and product teams to guide data strategy, architect robust data pipelines, and implement autonomous AI agent frameworks within scalable cloud environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Architect, train, evaluate, and operationalize scalable Machine Learning and Deep Learning models using Python and frameworks like TensorFlow.
  • Design and implement autonomous Agentic AI architectures, workflows, and multi-agent coordination systems to drive operational automation and decision intelligence.
  • Collaborate with data and platform engineers to design high-performance data architectures and cloud computing infrastructures that support end-to-end ML lifecycles (MLOps).
  • Write clean, efficient, and maintainable SQL queries and data transformations across distributed analytical environments.
  • Define best practices for model validation, monitoring, continuous retraining, data governance, and reliability in production.
  • Mentor junior and mid-level team members, conducting code reviews and championing data-driven technical excellence across the organization.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience: 5+ years of hands-on experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, or Advanced Analytics in a production setting.
  • Core Stack: Expert proficiency in Python and deep familiarity with scientific computing libraries.
  • Machine Learning & Deep Learning: Strong practical experience building and deploying models using TensorFlow, PyTorch, or comparable frameworks.
  • Agentic AI: Demonstrated interest or practical experience with agentic workflows, LLM orchestration frameworks, and autonomous multi-agent systems.
  • Data Architecture & SQL: Solid grasp of modern data modeling, ETL/ELT pipelines, distributed data stores, and advanced SQL.
  • Cloud Computing: Proven track record architecting and running ML workloads on cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
  • Communication: Fluent English (written and verbal), with the ability to articulate technical complexity clearly to business and engineering stakeholders.

Nice to Have

  • Hands-on experience with MLOps tooling (e.g., MLflow, Kubeflow, Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Familiarity with enterprise data warehousing solutions (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery, Databricks).
  • Background working in distributed, remote-first development environments.

What We Offer

  • Competitive remuneration: 24,000 – 38,000 PLN per month.
  • 100% remote flexibility with an office base in Wrocław.
  • Opportunity to spearhead cutting-edge initiatives in Agentic AI and enterprise data architecture.
