Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare reports, presentations, and communications in collaboration with management.
  • Create and maintain structured repositories, ensuring access, backups, and organization.
  • Moderate virtual, hybrid, and in-person project meetings in English, engaging diverse stakeholders and delivering monthly status reports.
  • Manage project data storage, archiving, and reporting consistency across domains.
  • Optimize business processes using Agile methodology and data-driven insights.
  • Handle multiple projects with varying timelines, ensuring timely and quality outcomes.
  • Support IT service transformation through scoping workshop moderation and end-to-end change coordination.

Required Experience:

  • 2–4 years in project management.
  • 2+ years of Business Unit or Business Unit-facing experience with a strong problem-solving approach.
  • Experience in defining user experience journeys within infrastructure projects (nice to have).
  • Technical understanding of IT infrastructure (preferred).
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, Administration, or a related field.
  • Professional Scrum Master (PSM I) certification (advantageous).
  • GxP-regulated industry experience (a plus).
