Welder (TIG/MIG) – On-Site – Bydgoszcz & Katowice

We are seeking a skilled Welder to join our team at our Bydgoszcz and Katowice locations. This full-time, on-site position requires proficiency in TIG and MIG welding techniques, with a strong focus on safety, quality, and precision. Key Responsibilities

• Perform TIG and MIG welding operations according to technical drawings and blueprints.
• Apply welding safety procedures consistently to ensure a safe working environment.
• Conduct welding inspections and quality control checks to meet project specifications.
• Maintain and operate welding equipment, including MAG 135 and MAG 136 processes.
• Collaborate with fabrication teams to ensure accurate metal assembly and fabrication.
• Interpret blueprints and welding symbols to execute precise welds.
• Identify and resolve welding defects and issues promptly.

Requirements

• Proven experience with TIG welding and MIG welding techniques.
• Knowledge of welding safety procedures and best practices.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and welding symbols accurately.
• Experience in metal fabrication and welding equipment maintenance.
• Familiarity with welding inspection and quality control processes.
• Hands-on experience with MAG 135 and MAG 136 welding methods is highly desirable.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality welds.
• Ability to work full-time on-site at our Bydgoszcz or Katowice offices.
