HRIS Consultant with French (Fully Remote, Krakow)

We are seeking a skilled and motivated HRIS Consultant fluent in French to join our team on a full-time, fully remote basis from Krakow. This role focuses on delivering expert consulting and implementation services for HR Information Systems, with a strong emphasis on Workday integration and enterprise solutions. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support the implementation of HRIS systems, ensuring seamless integration with Workday and other enterprise platforms.
• Provide expert consulting on enterprise HR solutions, tailoring configurations to meet client-specific requirements.
• Manage IT Service Management (ITSM) processes related to HRIS, ensuring timely issue resolution and service excellence.
• Analyze HR data and generate comprehensive reports to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders across multiple levels, including HR teams, IT departments, and external vendors, in French and English.
• Drive change management initiatives to facilitate smooth adoption of new HRIS technologies and processes.
• Maintain confidentiality and data security standards in all HRIS activities.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in HRIS systems implementation, particularly with Workday integration projects.
• Strong expertise in enterprise solutions consulting within HR technology environments.
• Solid understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) principles and practices.
• Advanced skills in data analysis and reporting related to HR metrics.
• Fluency in French is mandatory; excellent communication skills in both French and English.
• Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholder communication and lead change management efforts.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote setting while maintaining high productivity and collaboration.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with multinational clients or in cross-cultural teams.
• Knowledge of GDPR and data privacy regulations impacting HR systems.
• Familiarity with additional HRIS platforms beyond Workday.
