We are seeking a skilled and motivated Unreal Engine 5 Developer to join our innovative team. This is a full-time, fully remote position based in Warsaw, offering a competitive salary range of 13,000 to 19,000 PLN. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize interactive experiences using Unreal Engine 5, leveraging both C++ programming and Blueprint scripting.
• Collaborate closely with design, art, and AI teams to integrate advanced AI features and ensure seamless gameplay mechanics.
• Implement and maintain 3D graphics and rendering pipelines to deliver high-quality visual content.
• Contribute to the full game development lifecycle, from concept through deployment and post-launch support.
• Design and develop playable ads that engage users and meet performance targets.
• Utilize version control systems (Git) to manage codebase and collaborate effectively with the team.
• Participate in code reviews, debugging, and performance tuning to maintain high standards of software quality.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience with Unreal Engine 5 development, including strong proficiency in C++ and Blueprint scripting.
• Solid understanding of 3D graphics, rendering techniques, and game development workflows.
• Hands-on experience with AI integration within game environments.
• Familiarity with playable ads development and related technologies.
• Experience working with version control tools, specifically Git.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote setting while maintaining clear communication and collaboration.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Nice to Have

• Previous experience in a remote or hybrid game development team.
