About the Role

We are seeking a talented and experienced Game Art Director to lead our creative team and drive the visual development of our upcoming game projects. This is a fully remote position based anywhere in Poland, offering you the flexibility to work from your preferred location while collaborating with a passionate and innovative team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire the art team to create high-quality 3D models, concept art, and visual assets that align with the game design vision.
• Oversee the artistic direction and ensure consistency across all game visuals.
• Collaborate closely with game designers, developers, and project managers to integrate art assets seamlessly into the game.
• Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables to meet production goals.
• Utilize tools such as Adobe Creative Suite and Unreal Engine to guide the art creation process.
• Foster clear and effective communication within the team and across departments.
• Implement best practices in project management and leverage technologies like Docker to streamline workflows.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven expertise in 3D Modeling and Concept Art.
• Strong understanding of Game Design Principles and how art integrates with gameplay.
• Demonstrated experience in Team Leadership and managing creative teams.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and Unreal Engine.
• Excellent Communication Skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with Project Management methodologies and tools.
• Familiarity with Docker or similar containerization technologies is a plus.
