We are now looking for an experienced and goal-oriented PROJECT MANAGER to join our growing organization , who will take overall responsibility for the planning, implementation and success of projects.

In this role, you will be able to lead projects from start to finish and influence the development of operations and customer experience. You will succeed in this role if you enjoy responsibility, know how to manage people and resources, and keep project schedules, budgets, and goals under control.

As a Project Manager, you are responsible for the overall management and successful implementation of projects. You will manage multiple concurrent projects, ensuring that they are completed on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with quality objectives.

Your key responsibilities include:

planning, launching and managing the implementation of projects

management of schedules, resources and costs

financial monitoring of projects and ensuring profitability

coordination of project teams and subcontractors

working with customers, partners and other stakeholders

risk identification and proactive management

project reporting and continuous development of operations

The role combines operational project management, financial responsibility, and people and collaboration management.

What do we expect from you?

You will succeed in this role, especially thanks to your strong project management skills. More important than industry experience is your ability to manage projects systematically, goal-oriented and business-oriented.

experience in project management and overall project implementation

displays of project schedule, resource and cost management

good financial understanding and ability to monitor the profitability of projects

experience in managing several simultaneous projects

strong organizational and prioritization skills

the ability to make decisions and solve problems in changing situations

excellent collaboration and interaction skills

Fluent Finnish and functional English skills

Good management of the Microsoft 365 environment

We also appreciate:

experience in supervisory work or team management

knowledge of project management methods

experience in technical, construction, building services, ICT or service business projects
