Java Developer

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Java Developer to join our dynamic team. This fully remote position offers the opportunity to work from anywhere in Germany while contributing to innovative projects that leverage modern Java technologies and architectures.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Java SE and Java EE applications.
• Implement and enhance applications using the Spring Framework, including Spring Boot and Spring MVC.
• Develop RESTful APIs to support frontend and third-party integrations.
• Work with microservices architecture to build scalable and maintainable systems.
• Manage and optimize SQL and NoSQL databases to ensure data integrity and performance.
• Utilize version control systems, primarily Git, to manage codebase and collaborate with team members.
• Containerize applications using Docker and manage container orchestration.
• Participate in continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipeline development and maintenance.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Java SE and Java EE.
• Experience with Spring Framework, including Spring Boot and Spring MVC.
• Proven expertise in developing RESTful APIs.
• Familiarity with microservices architecture and best practices.
• Hands-on experience with both SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Proficient in version control using Git.
• Knowledge of Docker and containerization technologies.
• Experience working with CI/CD pipelines.

Salary

The salary range for this position is between €4,500 and €7,000 per month, depending on experience and qualifications.
