Role Overview

Hi! We are seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Welder / Technical Specialist to join our team. Based remotely in the Krakow region, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-standard welding, technical troubleshooting, and metal fabrication support. In this role, you will interpret technical schematics, conduct meticulous quality inspections, and uphold rigorous safety and compliance standards across all assignments.

Workplace & Schedule

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Work Arrangement: Fully Remote / Field-Based (Krakow Region)
• Compensation: 5,000 - 9,000 PLN gross per month

Key Responsibilities

• Execute high-precision welding processes, primarily utilizing MIG/MAG and TIG techniques.
• Accurately read and interpret complex engineering blueprints, technical drawings, and fabrication specifications.
• Perform comprehensive metal fabrication, assembly, and component fit-up according to operational requirements.
• Conduct on-site and remote technical troubleshooting to resolve equipment and material irregularities promptly.
• Perform thorough quality inspections and non-destructive visual checks on finished assemblies to guarantee structural integrity.
• Strictly adhere to and promote occupational health and safety compliance standards and company protocols at all times.
• Maintain organized documentation and reporting of completed jobs, repairs, and quality audits.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven professional experience as a Welder, Service Technician, or Metal Fabricator.
• Demonstrated proficiency in both MIG/MAG and TIG welding methodologies.
• Strong expertise in blueprint reading and understanding technical diagrams.
• Practical hands-on experience in metal fabrication and mechanical assembly.
• Sound technical troubleshooting ability and systematic problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail regarding quality inspection, tolerances, and finishing standards.
• Deep commitment to workplace safety compliance and relevant industry certifications.
